With a passion for helping people find their dream homes, Maria embarked on a rewarding career in real estate eight years ago. As a Broker Associate, Maria has successfully navigated the ever-evolving real estate market, leveraging local expertise and a keen understanding of the unique charms that St. Augustine has to offer.

Beyond the world of real estate, Maria is an influential figure in the community. A proud high school cheer coach, dedicates time and energy to inspiring and mentoring young athletes, instilling in them the values of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance. In addition to her professional and coaching roles, Maria is also a fitness enthusiast who believes in the power of a healthy and active lifestyle. Away from the hustle and bustle, Maria is a proud "dog mom" to Nala & Bodie, her two Golden Retrievers. Together, they explore the scenic landscapes of St. Augustine and enjoy the simple pleasures of beachside living with her husband Garrett. Most recently Maria & Garrett welcomed a baby girl to their family in 2025 and have enjoyed every minute of it.
